Townscape secures BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification
Townscape Products has been awarded BS EN ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for the manufacture and sale of vehicle defence, street furniture and graphic concrete
The certificate, issued by a UKAS accredited body, recognises the quality management system in operation at Townscape’s headquarters in Sutton-in Ashfield,
Nottinghamshire meets the British Standards Institution BS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The extensive audit process necessary to attain the certificate was conducted by Construction Products Certification (CPC) under UKAS approval.
The certification applies to services and products offered through Townscape Products and its sister
sites Bollards HQ, Concrete Barriers HQ and Graphic Concrete HQ.
Townscape is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of hostile vehicle mitigation systems and street furniture. Last year it launched its innovative new
product graphic concrete, which allows intricate patterns to be embossed onto concrete facades.
The ISO 9001:2015 is based on quality management principles which include customer focus, motivation and implication of the top management, the process
approach and continual improvement.
