This new landmark tower located in the true heart of the City is arranged across 20 levels above a new Pan Pacific hotel – the first in Europe, offering access to hotel services below and private amenities above is what truly sets these apartments apart.

The plaza needed to provide a high-quality useable public space that is protected from Hostile Vehicle attacks. Townscape’s bespoke street furniture seating and planters fully meet the architectural aspirations of the specifier PLP. The iroko timber was specifically chosen as untreated to slowly age to a uniform grey.

The prestige white smooth finish of the street furniture is designed to have timeless appeal. All the street planters are hand cast using artisan precast concrete techniques refined over Townscapes 47-year history. The constructor was Maylim.
