The HVM Victoria PAS 68 CT30 Toledo Hardwood Planter Standard Mount is a high‑performance hostile vehicle mitigation planter designed to combine certified security with warm, contemporary hardwood aesthetics. Built using a robust mild steel internal frame and clad in premium hardwood timber, the planter is supplied with an integrated galvanised mild steel liner to support long‑term durability and healthy planting.

This CT30 variant is fitted with two CT30 N2/01 Counter Terror Bollards, offering proven PAS 68 protection at 30 mph. The performance classification is:

  (Zero penetration — capable of stopping a 7.5‑tonne vehicle at 30 mph.)

Like the CT40 version, this CT30 model installs at a 600 mm standard-mount foundation depth, allowing deployment in projects where shallow-mount products are unsuitable. It also includes provision for a water reservoir and overflow drainage, making it well‑suited to long‑term landscaping.
