The HVM PAS 68 CT30 Toledo Softwood Planter Standard Mount is a high‑performance hostile vehicle mitigation planter designed to combine certified security with warm, contemporary softwood aesthetics. Built using a robust mild steel internal frame and clad in premium softwood timber, the planter is supplied with an integrated galvanised mild steel liner to support long‑term durability and healthy planting.

This CT30 variant is fitted with two CT30 N2/01 Counter Terror Bollards, offering proven PAS 68 protection at 30 mph. The performance classification is:
