Perimeter Security

The Hostile Vehicle Mitigation range was one of the first purpose-built perimeter security systems on the market. Townscape’s Sentry Block was designed, trialled and solely manufactured in house. The Sentry Block has successfully passed the UK CPNI VADS tests in set configurations (details available on request). Our perimeter security products have been created to act as a visible deterrent to mitigate would­ be terror or vehicle attacks from happening.

The Townscape Sentry Blocks are deployable concrete vehicle security blocks which fortify the perimeter of an event space. The Sentry Block designs & all distribution & licencing rights are owned by Townscape Products Limited.

Townscape’s Sentry Blocks and associated accessories enables organisers to boost security at short-term pop-up events such as festivals, fairs, fetes, concerts and carnivals with temporary perimeter security. In addition, our vehicle attack delay & hostile vehicle mitigation products are being increasingly used to enable social distancing & safe city spaces during the recent pandemic. Townscape’s Sentry Blocks are also ideal for protecting urban spaces, music and food festivals and public order events against the threat of vehicle borne terrorism & accidental vehicle incursion.

Our Hostile Vehicle Mitigation product range comes with an optional advisory service to assess the specific needs of your event or public space security or safety challenge. The system can be delivered at short notice and one of our representatives will oversee the whole process until the product is installed and or removed – leaving you free to focus on putting on a good show.
