The Counter Terror Block Planter is a dual-purpose PAS 68 planter, security planter and hostile vehicle mitigation planter, engineered to provide dependable perimeter protection while enhancing public realm and streetscape design. Manufactured from reinforced precast concrete, this crash rated planter functions as a substantial vehicle mitigation barrier, helping to prevent unauthorised vehicle access in high-risk urban spaces, transport hubs, civic precincts and other public realm environments where robust counter terrorism protection is required.
